Description
I make a QGIS Plugin and I try to use the map composer to print a .pdf Map.
In this Map I like to display the attribute table of a layer.
If I open the pdf the table is shown but I do not have a content.
The Layer is valid.

So this happens just when using your plugin or happens also when you use directly the qgis print composer?

I don't think the code in the cookbook has been (completely) updated to the new api in qgis 2.0
