Description
Now that we again have global layer opacity it is important that the GetProjectSettings reply also mentions the global layer value so that a client can adjust the slider value accordingly and make valid GetMap requests.
It would be good on the layer element - something like:
...
<Layer queryable="1" visible="0" layerOpacity="120">
...
