Rotate Feature/Move Feature Tools - Do not show rubberbands when selection has a mix of single and multipart geometries

Description

When a single part geometry and a multipart geometry are selected together, the move and rotate features do not show the rubberbands.
To replicate, add the attached shapefile. select all features using the selection tool. Try to move or rotate. Although it does move and rotate features, the visual aids(rubberbands) are not there.
