it is not possible to have the size of ellipse symbols according to a field

Changed in a0f8294ce6bf4e808252ca12bd764212712345f0 such that ellipse symbol level also considers data defined size on symbol level. However, the ellipse gets a square / circle etc. like that (ellipse normally does have width / height property and no size).
