Description
Testcase
1. Open "Add vector layer" dialog
2. Set "Source type" to directory and leave all other fields as is
3. Press "Open" button
Nothing happens - no layers added (yes, beacause we don't specify path) and no warning/error messages. IMHO this is not right. Discussion in Russian http://gis-lab.info/forum/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=4420
