Qgis installation fails on ubuntu 18.04 using ubuntu-ltr ppa
[steps]
- add "deb https://qgis.org/ubuntu-ltr bionic main" to source list.
- run "sudo apt install qgis"
[Result]
the installation fails. Here is the relevant part of the logs
Setting up qgis-providers (1:3.4.5+28bionic) ...
/usr/lib/qgis/crssync: error while loading shared libraries: libwebp.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

do you think this will be solved by ubuntugis next release on 22 march?
