Description
When using auto-completion with a language that uses accents on certain letters (French for example) no difference should be made between characters with or without accents ('é', 'è', 'e', 'ê', 'E', ...), especially when they start a word, since in this case the first letter can be written in upper case and consequently usually lose its accent.
Example:"établissement" which becomes "Etablissement". If in the reference list we have "Etablissement" but in the form the user writes "éta..." the system will not make the link with "Etablissement", although it should.
