Description
If you use the 'Load OSM from file' function to add an OSM file to your project, it works first time, but if you try then to add that same file to another new project, the layers show up in the list but no data gets displayed. It only seems to work if you delete the associated .osm.db file and try again.

Should be fixed in f66a4264 (SVN r12519).
Probably was affecting everyone being on western or southern hemisphere...
