Description
QGIS 3.2 does not appear to load label styling from QML files.

Here's the Label format:
format('%1 %2kV \n%3MW Remaining',"asset_name","line_voltage_level","existing_new_connection_capacity")

- Easy fix? changed from Yes to No
- Status changed from Open to Feedback
I guess this is a regression compared to 2.* (maybe also 3.0?), correct?

Were qml files created in qgis 2.*?
