Description
When trying to connect to a postgresql database with DB Manager with basic auth everything runs ok.
But when using an authentication config, I get a "permission denied" error.
Screenshot attached.
Python throws Access denied error for a file (probably) containing auth config.
I supposed DB Manager uses the same connection mechanism as main QGIS.
