[Layouts] Rename "Add item" and "Items" menus

Description

It looks weird to me to have a main menu in the Layout dialog named "Add item". Actually, it's what is under the "Items" menu that bugs me.

What about:
- "Add Item" is renamed into "Items", propviding means to add any type of item
- "Items" is renamed into someting like "(Re)Organize" (my preference goes here!), "Workplace", Rendering (?), .... because it provides tools to reshape how items will be placed and interact
