[Regular Shape] Allow undo click when digitizing new features

Description

When digitizing a feature with "Add a feature" (or any other tool from the digitizing and Advanced Digitizing toolbars), pressing DEL button removes the latest vertex you added.
This seems not possible with the Reshape tools: eg using the "Add rectangle from 3 points" tool, if the second point is not placed at the right place, there's no way to undo and replace it; you need to discard the drawing.
