Description
With QGIS 2.18.3 it is impossible to load shapefile pointZ in PostGIS database.
It works with ogr, but with GUI in QGIS it doesn't work.
"error 8"
It works with QGIS 2.8
It works with QGIS 2.14 but we must add option "simple geometry".
I add a file for test.

I cannot confirm that this worked somehow in 2.8 (the layer is not even recognized as a geometry one) or 2.14 (error as in 2.18). Is needed to check if this only affects ZM layers (like the one attached) or also Z layers.

It seems that with Z layers it all works as expected, so the bug may concern only ZM ones.

thanks, as I said above the layer is ZM and not only Z (with the latter type is all ok).

Please test with QGIS 3.4 - QGIS 2.18 reached it's end of life.
