Description
qgis 2.18 now has an option to store style on a geopackage, when opening a layer from geopackage this style is used to apply by default
the style is stored in qml and sld, would be good to fall back to the sld style if the qml format is not available
this use case occurs when the layer_styles table is filled by an external application (like geocat bridge) when exporting a geopackage from an application which is not qml aware
