Description
When editing a polygon layer copying and pasting a feature works, but on attempting to save the edits the following error msg is displayed:
Could not commit changes to layer A3_10K_tiles
Errors: ERROR: 1 feature(s) not added - geometry type is not compatible with the current layer.
Features can be added by digitizing, but any feature created using the copy/paste functionality is now "not compatible with current layer", even when it has been copied from an existing and valid polygon in the layer. The layer cannot be saved until all features created with copy/paste functionality have been deleted.
Example polygon layer attached. This functionality worked in v2.14.
