Description
Try to add a comma delimited layer and there will be Segmentation fault (core dumped)

have you installed the the "nightly" for qgis 2.18.8 or installed 2.18.8 from osgeo4w?

Yeah, sorry Giovanni, I wasn't using the developer version - my mistake.
