Description
When I copy and paste features into a new layer or another layer no attributes are pasted. This happens in 2.18.4 and the current nightly, 2.18.4-13. in 2.18.4-12 attributes are copied and pasted correctly.

Also, I have only tested on Win 7 OSGEO4W-64.

It work as expected here (target field names and datatypes must match the original ones). Can you post a dataset to allow us replicate?
