Description
I recently worked with adjacent entities where differences between coordinates in common edge were only below to 0.000000001 (map units: meters).
In my opinion, this tool would be more robust if allowed to establish a tolerance to decide when two coordinates are equal.
Another option would be to use the same tool tolerance used in the environment snap.
I attach a zip file with a brief sample for this problem..
