Description
I think I sent in a bunch of votes for a single plugin by accident...
I noticed when I click the star when I want to vote there is a message at the top of screen saying vote was sent. Cool.
But, there's nothing there to let me know that I've voted for that plugin if I ever come back to it in the plugin manager.
The stars all look the same yellow and I can't see what I voted for in the past.
For example, maybe it would be nice to change the colours of the stars (to red or green?) when I've voted for a specific plugin, or maybe even apply bold to the stars.

Maybe a nice addition would be to keep track of votes done online via plugins.qgis.org and maybe link those votes to a user account (if a user account was used).
The user could input their user/pass in QGIS to let the QGIS application know what account they should pull up past votes for.
