[GPS Information Panel] Add a button to delete the last collected point

Description

This improve the efficient in collection of data when you collect by mistake a vertex of polygon in a Tablet PC.
Insert a button inside of GPS Information Panel.

The workaround is open the keyboard of the tablet pc and click backspace on the screen.
