Styling panel: The Undo/Redo tools at the bottom of each tab work only if history tab is active

Description

Add various changes to a layer in map styling dock.
Aplly if not done automatically
Click on the undo/redo button at the bottom of the tab. Nothing happens (unless the history tab is the active one).
