diagrams: missing unit types for line width

Description

ATM, diagrams use a single unit type setting to set the unit type for the diagram size and diagram line (i.e. outline). This is problematic, as you often do not want a map unit outline size.

Also, I noticed the diagrams don't make use of the unit type widget, would be nice to upgrade to that.
