Voting and rating is a good thing, and in general I find the
QGIS plugin page (plugins.qgis.org) very useful and well
crafted.
However, I have found that it is not intuitive for a first
time user to get the voting right. I clicked randomly at
the star row for a plugin, thinking that I might get
statistics on the voting for that plugin, but that turned
out to be a vote (unfortunately, I clicked in the left part
of of the row of stars - hence contributing to lowering the
rating of that plugin...).

It would be a nice improvement if a user that clicks on the row
of stars is asked to confirm his / her vote before it gets
recorded by the system.
