Description
In the Map Composer you can save Layout Templates, but you can not load them. You can only load the Items from a template. How can this be?

The load template function has been moved for many releases.
Adding items from the template allows you to keep some customization of the print composer (ie, paper sizes, other items) and add items from the template.
But if you want the print composer to look like your template, it has to be done in composer manager dialog. You can load template while creating a new composer, using existing templates in the drop down menu. You need to add your template in default folders or set it specifically.
