Processing/master: default parameters are not retained in batch mode

Description

In QGIS master when running modules in batch mode, there are default parameters that are not automatically filled (as it was until 2.6.1).

For example in all GRASS modules the cellsize is always empty, but the are also other numerical parameters with a default that show empty in batch mode.
