Marker offset for arrow in Composer

Description

At present, a custom SVG for an arrow is placed by Composer with no ability to offset the marker (see attachment for an example). It would be nice to be able to shift the marker around by a custom X and Y. Or perhaps a more user friendly implementation would simply allow me to select an anchor point to use for attaching to the arrow line.
