New CSS breaks plugin app

Description

The latest CSS revision was probably not tested with the plugins application, which hence looks really ugly (no padding nor margin in tables or forms).

O course I could fix those errors myself, but since I've been told that somebody is working on the skin, I don't want to interfere.

I fixed most ugly errors myself.
