Harmonise DB Manager Primary Key and Geometry columns names when importing vector layers

Description
When importing vector layer, the options on the 'Primary key' and the 'Geometry column' default to 'id' and 'geom' respectively.
The default column names, when creating the layers (e.g. a StatiaLite layer) are 'pkuid' and 'geometry' thus when we import a layer from a previously exported file (QGIS Layers, right-click on a layer, Export, Save feature As) we need to amend the column names.
Should we have a setting in QGIS with the default primary key id and geometry column names?
