Description
If QGIS is running and I double-click or "xdg-open" on a QGIS-associated file on Ubuntu, I get a 2nd QGIS app.
There should be an option (user pref, command line, etc.) to load the file in the already-running QGIS app.
This happens to mimic the OS X enforcement of one-instance apps, but I suggest it as a user-configurable option on Linux.
