window size of child-connect-form is not saved

Description
I want to connect a child-record. The dialog-window that opens has on the left side a list off existing records. The width of this list is to small. If I change the window-size to enlarge this list, then this change of the window-size is not saved. I have to enlarge the window-size every time I want to connect a child-record.
PS: the title of the window ("Dialog" in German version) is not really helpful
