Description
Please allow to dock the geodesic measurement tool window as a panel in the sidebar, instead of having it flying around and obstructing the map.
The panel should then just get the focus ("jump" forward) if it is in a panel group when the measurement tool is clicked.
That would greatly improve usability, and fix other issues such as #18924
