Description
In Layers panel, right-click on a layer: you fin a "Copy layer" action. Copy the layer.
Move to another place in the panel and right-click:

- on a group: you can paste your copied item
- on a layer: nothing is proposed. It'd be nice to be able to paste that copied layer above the selected item. Currently, you need to use the Layer menu at the top of the dialog to paste that layer.
