Description
Sometimes QLR files have paths that are missing on current machine. While QGS project allows to set paths for unfound layers, when adding "unfound" layer from QLR file this window doesn't show up. So user has to change it in the XML editor and then reload a layer, which isn't a pleasant workflow.
This should be a relatively easy fix, since the needed logic is in place for QGS project opening.
